If you wake up early then you can visit the magnificent
Córdoba Mosque for free (between 8:30 and 9:30, except Sundays). Additional famous attractions include the famous
Patios de Córdoba, also free during the
Patios Festival in May. For the rest of the year you can organise a guided tour or visit the 12 patios hidden in the
Palacio de Viana, known as the patios museum.
TRIP Cordoba - Granada
An evening in
Granada offers you a variety of options. The most romantic choice is to walk around the
Albayzín neighbourhood, wandering through the small alleys and the whitewashed houses until sunset, when you should head to the
San Nicolás lookout where you can admire how the evening colours melt against the
Alhambra. If you would prefer a more active alternative, there are plenty of bars in the city where you can enjoy the nightlife and the tapas, in neighbourhoods like
Realejo,
Navas Street, around the bullring or the banks of the
Genil river.
